Information on the device status and messages are defined in the
status word:
General status word (ID 2102)
Actual speed (frequency actual value)
The actual speed of the frequency inverter is within a value range
of 0 and 10,000. In the application, this value is scaled to a
percentage in the frequency range between the defined minimum
and maximum frequencies.

0 Drive not ready Ready for operation (READY)
1 Stop Running operation message (RUN)
