5.2.5 PLC Configuration
Once you have downloaded the CODESYS software, follow the configuration
steps below in order to commission the PLC connection.
▶ Open CODESYS and select the target system by clicking on File ▶ New.
▶ The Target Settings dialog window will appear. Select the correct PLC
model from the Configuration drop-down menu (in this case: XV100 – the
XV-1xx-… option in this example). Then click on OK.
The dialog window will expand to show additional options.
▶ Click on OK.
