Alarm Acknowledge Control
NOTE Only the Process Alarms configured into the Process Alarms screen with
WARNING or SHUTDOWN action selected, will sound an audible alarm. Alarms
configured with IGNORE will not sound an alarm. (See page 3-30 for Alarm
Process Screen instructions).
Information provided under Alarm Acknowledge Control assume that either
WARNING or SHUTDOWN has been configured into the Process Alarms.
Hardware configured alarms are fixed, and will always sound an alarm when
activated.
The Audible Alarm on the Front Control Panel may sound when the alarm circuit is activated for any of the
following reasons. Alarm indication is listed by subsystem:
NOTE Items with an asterik indicates it is a hardware related alarm and is not
configurable.
