Procedure Reference
Clean - Wipe up all exterior surfaces of the system
Wipe spills around the system
Clean windows and splash shields
Inspect conveyor wire belt for bent links and repair if necessary
Inspect and clean clogged spray nozzles and Hurricane Jets™
Drain and rinse all system tanks
Inspect and clean all tank catch baskets
Thoroughly rinse all wet sections
Inspect and clean all system drain screens
Inspect float switch mechanisms for damage or restriction and replace
if necessary
Inspect and clean optional photocell emitter and reflector
Inspect and clean pump recirculation filters in all system tanks
