Procedure Reference
Perform all daily maintenance procedures
Inspect all wet sections for scale build up on spray nozzles and spray
bars
Inspect all tanks, tank heaters, and float switches for scale build up
Perform Descaling procedures on all wet sections and tanks with scale
build up
Inspect optional radiant heaters for hard water deposits and clean if
inspection warrants
Inspect and retension all blower belts
Inspect and clean or replace blower air filters
Inspect and replace if necessary, any damaged tank immersion heaters
Inspect all rear plumbing clamp connections for leaks and repair if
inspection warrants
Verify all external exhaust venting joints are tight to prevent drippage
and exhaust leaks
