5.2 NORMAL SHUT-DOWN
PROCEDURE
Normal Shut-Down may be performed either of
two (2) ways.
1 Simply press the
Power Off Control.
Pressing the Power Off Control
immediately disables power to the
following circuits:
Pumps
Blowers
Optional radiant heaters
Fill and drain solenoids
Conveyor
Tank level and temperature level
indicators remain illuminated.
2 The system may be Shut-Down by turning
off each of the sub-systems manually, in
the reverse order as performed under 4.4,
Activating Subsystems (see page 3-41).
NOTE Perform the Post Shut-
Down Check in Division 4,
Maintenance, immediately
after Shut-Down. This is
necessary to prevent
damage to the equipment.
