Troubleshooting
If
USB Printer
appears under
Other Devices
, the USB printer
device driver is not installed correctly. If
EPSON Stylus
COLOR 980
appears, the printer driver is not installed
correctly.
If neither
USB Printer
nor
EPSON Stylus COLOR 980
appears
under
Other Devices
, click
Refresh
or unplug the USB cable
from the printer, then plug it into the printer again.
4. Under
Other Devices
, select
USB Printer
or
EPSON Stylus
COLOR 980
, then click
Remove
. Then click
OK
.
5. When the following dialog box appears, click
OK
. Then click
OK
again to close the Properties window.
6. Turn off both the printer and the PC. Then, install the drivers
again, following the instructions in the
Setup Guide
.
