Printing ribbon and retransfer film
l
Make sure that the printing ribbon and retransfer film are correctly fitted on the cassettes, that the cassettes are correctly fitted in the printer and that
the door is closed.
Cards
l
Make sure that there are cards in the card feeder.
l
Make sure that no cards are jammed in the printer. "Jammed cards" on page59

Printing ribbon and retransfer film
l
The printing ribbon and/or retransfer film may be finished
l
Replace the printing ribbon and/or retransfer film ( "Replacing a printing ribbon or retransfer film" on page39 )
l
The printing ribbon or retransfer film may be incorrectly installed
l
Re-install the printing ribbon and/or retransfer film and make sure the cassettes are correctly fitted in the printer ( "Printing ribbon and retransfer
film" on page17 ).
l
The printing ribbon or retransfer film may be cut or torn
l
repair the printing ribbon or retransfer film.
If the problem persists, contact your reseller.
Print head
l
The print head may be damaged
l
Try and print a technical test card ( "Printing test cards" on page49 ).
l
If the card is not printed, contact your reseller for assistance.
