Troubleshooting
Most printing problems or printing quality problems are solved with an update of the printer driver and/or printer firmware.

Printing issues
No printing
Printer driver
l
Make sure that there is a printer driver for the printer in the Windows configuration.
l
Make sure the printer driver is up-to-date.
l
Make sure that the printer is selected as the default printer.
Printer power supply
l
Make sure the power supply unit supplied with the printer is being used.
l
Make sure that the power cable is correctly connected to the printer and to a functional electrical socket. (

l
Make sure that the printer is ON and that the power button is lit.
USB cable
l
Make sure that the USB cable connects the printer to the computer.
