CRANKCASE
z Wipe the crankcase mating surfaces with
clraning solvent.
z Apply GENERIC NO.1215 evenly to the mating
surface of the right half of the crankcase
z Tighten the crankcase screws securely.
z Check if crankshaft rotates smoothly.
Install gearcase bearing
Install new bearing and oil seal into gearcase cover with special tool, and tighten
anchor pin.
