Standard slave with
4-bits I/O data
When the SPC11 is operated as a standard slave with 4-bit
I/O data, only standard operating functions are available.
The SPC11 is controlled via 4-bit I/O data. The 4 possible
positions are accessed via the 4 input bits. When the the
relevant position is reached, the feedback is made via the
4outputbits.
Commissioning functions are not supported in this operating
mode. Commissioning must be carried out via the keyboard
with the AS-Interface cable (bus) disconnected or without
power.
Slave profile 7.4 Operation in accordance with slave profile 7.4 enables addi-
tional operating functions and parametrizing, commission-
ing and diagnosis of the SPC11 via the AS-Interface bus. If
you wish to use slave profile 7.4, you will require an AS-In-
terface master which supports this profile.
