A.1 Commands and parameters of the SPC11 in accordance with slave
profile 7.4
If you wish to use slave profile 7.4, you will require an AS-In-
terfac e master whic h supports slave profile 7.4 (e.g. the AS-
Interface master from Siemens type CP 343-2). Information
on the transfer of data records (parameter/diagnostic/ID
strings) can be found in the documentation for your AS-Inter-
face master.
Complete commissioning of the SPC11 via the AS-Interface
bus is possible by means of slave profile 7.4. In addition to
the functions as a standard slave with 4-bit I/O data, the fol-
lowing commands in accordance with slave profile 7.4 are
also available:
Commands
Description
Write parameter string An order byte, the three parameters (amplification stage, cushion -
ing stage and system parameter) and position values for the inter-
mediatepositionscanbesenttotheSPC11.
Read parameter string The three parameters (amplification stage, cushioning stage and
system parameter), a ll t he position values (P0.1...P0.4) and t he
current position (actual posit ion) can be read out of the SPC11.
Read diagnosis
(Read diagnostic string)
Various status information, the current fault number and the firm-
ware version number can be read out.
Read ID string An identification string can be read out.
