Compressed air supply ( 1 )
S Use only dried, non-lubricated, 5µ mm filtered com-
pressed air from 5 to 7 bar.
Y ou will require a service unit with a 5µm filter for protecting
the proportional directional control valve against damage.
Service unit ( 2 )

– with a 5 µm filter
– with sufficiently large standard flow corresponding to
the air requirement of the connected drive during
positioni ng. Reference value: twice the rated flow of
the v alve (type MPYE-5-...), e.g.:
