RTD Source: Addresses pulsed transmitters and PLCs with pulses as short as 5 ms. SN < 7624001 may
need modification for pulses less than 15 ms.
*2-wire: Does not include lead resistance.
3-wire: Assumes matched leads with a total resistance not exceeding 100 .
