56 RUBY 10 Advanced Features and Functions
To capture multiple pages:
1. Open the stand and extend the camera arm to use the Full-page
camera.
2. In Live view, frame the image on the screen.
3. Press the red Capture button for about one second (a long press). A
camera icon is displayed while the image is captured.
4. Tap the Add Page button.
5. Continue adding pages until you are done. Tap the Preview button to
review the captured pages. If you are unhappy with a scan, you can
delete the page and rescan it.
6. If you want to keep the file, tap the Save button so you can open it later
from File Manager.
7. In the Record Audio Tag? screen, tap Yes to record a name for the file.

Note: It is recommended that you name each file so that you
recognize the contents when you later look for the file.
