Announcements, info texts and dictations
You can record various announcements, info texts and dictations on the answering machine.
Announcement: You can record up to 10 announcements. When the answeringmachine takes acall,
the caller will hear the announcement assigned to that particular MSN.
Sign-off text: Special announcement given to a caller after he/she has left a message when recording
is limited to a certain time.
Notification announcement: Special announcement whichcan be used at the beginning ofautoma

tic forwarding. This announcement must be activated explicitly after it has been recorded.

te storage capacity of the answering machine.
1.) when less than 30 seconds are available for leaving a message.
2.) when storage capacity is exhausted while a message is being recorded.

Info-texts:Recordingofup to four texts that can be storedindividually and activated ordeactivated as
messages for other telephone users.
Dictations: Recording of texts (max. 99, depending on remaining storage capacity) that are stored
one after the other.
