If you wish to change an existing announcement, record it anew, without deleting the old one. Your
newannouncement willthenoverwrite the “old”one. All settings associated withthisnumber (MSN)
andthis announcement (e.g. mode ofoperation, call signal duration, message lengthand time control
function) will then remain unchanged.

Activating / Deactivating announcements for a particular MSN extension number
You can only activate / deactivate an announcement fora particular MSN while theannouncement is
being played back. When activated for a particular MSNextension number, theannouncement para-
meters are as follows:
Call signaling duration:»05 seconds«, mode of operation: »Speak«, message length: »infini« with time
control function deactivated.
