An information text must be activated explicitly after it has been recorded.
Activating message recording for indicvidual MSNs
You can configure the answering machine for each separate number (MSN) that has been saved, or
collectively for all numbers that have been stored.
You can only configure the answering machine when:
•
the number (MSN) has been stored in the telephone configuration. If you have assigned a
name to a phone number in the configuration of your telephone, the softkey designations
»MSN-1«…»MSN-10« are replacedby the corresponding namesin the menus.
•
at least oneannouncement hasbeen recorded and stored (see page 10).
