Setting times
Youcan configure nine (9)different time periods inyour telephone (»Time 1«,...»Time 9«) which
you can then use in the time control functions for the individual numbers (MSNs).
The time intervals you have programmed apply to all MSN extension numbers. If you change a time
thatisalready being used inadifferenttime control function, this change willalsoaffecttheothertime
control function.
In the »Time-controlled« menu press the »Define times« softkey.

The times defined for a set period alwaysapply forthe same day. For example, if you as

sign a time period from 6 PM to 8 AM for Monday this means: Monday morning mid

night to 8 AM and Monday evening from 6 PM to midnight.
»Daily« time control function
With this time-control function you can assign a defined time period to a certain MSN extension
number (the so-called »Main time«), during which the caller receives a specific announcement.
For other times outside of this period ( »Remaining«) you can configure a different announce
-
ment. This time-control function applies for each day and can be configured for all MSN.
In the menu »Time-controlled« press the softkey »Daily«.
