Configuring remaining times
In the menu »Weekly prof.« press the softkey »Define rem. Time«.
s Press the appropriate softkey to set the mode of
opeartion and select the announcement for the re
-
maining time. These settings will then apply for all
days of the week.

s Press the »Speak«softkey, to set theanswering machine’smode of operation during the
Remaining time. The various options are shown one after the other when the softkey is
pressed (see page 13).
s Pressthe »Sign-off« softkey to activate ordeactivatethe sign-offtext (see page 14).
s Press the »Remaining« softkey to set the announcement that is to be played to callers
outside the set main time periods.
If several announcements are available you can display all saved announcements one af-
ter the other by pressing the »Next announc.«softkey.
For example:»Anncm.-1«, »Anncm.-2«, ...., »Anncm.-9« or
»Anncm.-10«.
