changes to »OFF«.To deactivate the announcement, press this softkey.
The display illustrated here is shown once you have configured
the answering machine.
Press the »Options« softkey if you wish to carry out further
settings.

Activating a sign-off text
The sign-off text is a special announcement that the caller will hear in addition to the announcement
set for the MSN that is dialed. Thesign-off text can only beactivated if it has been previously recorded
(see page 10).
With the setting »Speak«, first the caller hears the set announcement, and can then leave a message
after the acoustic signal. If the permissible message length is reached and a sign-off has been stored,
the caller will hear the sign-off.
Withthe setting »Announcement only«,thecaller can not leave amessage. First, the callerhears
the set announcement, followed by the stored sign-off.
