6 Install the headrest;
7 Install the front seat with 4 tightening bolts. Torque: 14.72~23.52N.m.
3.Adjust
1 The seat can adjust tilt angle forward in torque 2° x 5=10°;
Adjust backwards 2° x 27=54°;
2 The seat assembly slides forwards 15mm x 4=60mm in torque 15N.m;
Slide backwards 15mm x 10=150mm;
3 The headrest can be adjusted in 3 positions in height.
Rear Seat
1.Rear seat back
1 Removal
a. Lift the rear seat back lock handle upwards. Turn seat back down forwards. Remove 4 set bolts.
Remove seat backassembly from the vehicle;
b. Remove seat back lock handle and handle seat;
Install Front and Rear Seat Snap Ring
Install Headrest Support
Track Assembly
Adjuster Assembly
Install Adjuster and Track Assembly
Assemble the Seatback and Cushion
