2 Secure the installed locking mechanism with the guard mounting
tool or a tie wrap at both sides.

5 Locking steel plate
3 Pinch the guard and position it between the hinges.

4 Pull the locking steel plate out and remove the guard mounting tool.
CAUTION!
Make sure that both hinges lock in place.
5 Position the brass flange and screw the 4 screws in.

6 Brass flange
▶ Apply a force of 0.5 Nm and Loctite 270 to fix the screws.
6 Repeat step 5 at the right hinge.
▶ Apply a force of 0.5 Nm and Loctite 270 to fix the screws.
7 Position the unlocking knob and screw the screw in.
Reconnecting unlocking knob
▶ Apply a force of 0.5 Nm and Loctite 270 to fix the screws.
8 Repeat step 7 at the right side.
▶ Apply a force of 0.5 Nm and Loctite 270 to fix the screws.
9 Carry out a complete inspection (⇨ "Inspection", page 33).
