10 Connect the mass cable with a torque of 1Nm. Do not use Loctite!

11 Replace the display in the display mounting.
Display backside
CAUTION!
Do not forget the distance washer between display and display mounting.
12 Install the display with its display mounting.
13 Install the display with its display mounting using thread-forming tapping screws with a torque of 0.5
Nm. Do not use Loctite!
14 For M4 screws with a torque of 1 Nm use Loctite 270.
Display backside
▶ Before installing, remove the protection foil.
CAUTION!
Pay attention to straight alignment.
15 Assemble HMI PCB (⇨ "Assemble the HMI PCB", page 121).
16 Assemble the backlight inverter (⇨ "Assemble the Backlight Inverter", page 119).
17 Assemble the battery housing (⇨ "Assemble Battery Housing", page 117).
18 Close the device (⇨ "Closing the Device", page 110).
19 Carry out a complete inspection (⇨ "Inspection", page 33).
u Display and/or touch panel replaced.
u Inspection after repair has been carried out.
