6.18 Replacing Female Connectors
Requirements
Service training part 2
Nut driver
Following tools are required:
n Spark plug wrench 11 mm with a torque of 1.3 Nm (for ECG connector)
n Spark plug wrench 14 mm with a torque of 2.5 Nm (for CAN connector)
n Spark plug wrench 17 mm with a torque of 4 Nm (for DC connector)
n Spark plug wrench 22 mm with a torque of 4 Nm (for emergency mode button)
All hex drive adapters have a 1/4 inch hex drive connection
CAUTION!
ESD-sensitive components
To prevent damage to ESD-sensitive components, an ESD-protected environment must be set up.
WARNING!
To finish the task, the following step must be carried out in order to ensure error-free use.
n Carrying out the inspection (⇨ "Inspection", page 33).
1 Open the device (⇨ "Opening the Device", page 108).
2 Remove the battery housing (⇨ "Removing Battery Housing",
page 116).
