Electric Actuators Type EA15-250
NOTE!
Standard delivery is with a unit plug for position feedback OPEN/CLOSE. A unit plug with additional pin for MIDDLE feedback can be
ordered as an accessory or special configuration. Each actuator is provided with this functionality. Connection via cable gland is
also possible.
WARNING!
Min. cable length earth wire (PE)!
Ensure that the minimum length of the earth wire (PE) is 2.5cm (1“) longer than voltage wires.
This will ensure that the PE conductor is the last wire to take the strain in case the cable gland fails.
► Ensure a min. bolt torque of 1.5 – Nm!
► Only use the cable glands provided from the factory.
► After cables had been inserted check that the gland is suciently closed (wrench size 24mm) and that the gasket clasps the
connection cable completely to ensure water protection & strain relief.

► After inserting the cables, check whether the gland is suciently closed (wrench size 24mm) and whether the gasket comple-
tely encloses the connection cable to ensure water protection and strain relief.
Close housing cover
CAUTION!
Protection class is not met!
In order to achieve the specified protection class with regard to water tightness, the requirements regarding the housing seal and
the tightening torque of the housing screws must be met.
► Carefully insert the housing seal into the groove provided without damaging it.
► Tighten the screws of the housing cover with a torque of 1Nm.
