Connect external devices that require 24V DC to terminals
X 24V/GND 0V. For example, photocells, radio receivers and
relays.
Damage to components!
The total current consumption of external devices must not
exceed 500mA.
X2: Safety edge
Thedoorcontroldetectsthreedi󰀨erenttypesof
safety edges: electrical, pneumatic, and optical ones.
You can connect up to two safety edges at the same time. The
rstonetoterminalsX2.3-X2.5;thesecondonetoterminals
X2.6-X2.8.
In case of a defective safety edge, the door control switches to
operating mode hold-to-run.
Electrical safety edge
Connect the electrical safety edge with a terminal resistance of
8k2 or 10k2 (3) as follows:
▪ Install the product according to the manufacturer‘s instructions.
▪
Connect the cables of the product to terminals X2.3 and X2.4
of the door control (2) as shown (1).
▪ You can connect a second safety edge to terminals X2.6 and
X2.7 in the same way.
▪ Activate the safety edge after completion of the electrical
installation with menu item
0. 1.
Fault indication F 2.4. appears in case of a short circuit.
If the circuit is permanently interrupted, fault indication
F 2.5.
appears.
