Syntax:
SYSTem:ERRor?
Example: OUTPUT @PWR_MTR;SYST:ERR? ! QUERIES SYSTEM ERROR MESSAGE
Description:
This command reads error messages from the error buffer. Use *CLS and CLEAR
@PM_address to clear the SYST:ERR buffer just prior to entering measurement
configurations and measurement routines. A listing of compatible standard SCPI error and
device-specific errors follows.
