CONNECTION AND PREPARATION

3 Switch both loudspeakers off again.
4 Switch on the HiFi by pressing the »OI« switch.
– The HiFi display reads: »HORIZONTAL«.
Note:
If »HORIZONTAL« does not appear in the HiFi display, press »ON/OFF« on
the HiFi system and then press and hold down »SOUND MODE« until
»HORIZONTAL« appears.
5 Switch off the HiFi by pressing the »OI« button.
Installing the first pair of loudspeakers
1 Insert the three batteries supplied into the remote control battery
compartment, making sure the polarity is correct.
– When you insert the batteries, »INSTALL ALL SETS ON« appears
in the remote control display.
2 Switch on the HiFi by pressing the »OI« switch.
– The HiFi display reads: »HORIZONTAL«.
3 Confirm the »HORIZONTAL« setting by pressing the »

on the
HiFi.
– The HiFi display reads: »INSTALL«, the remote control display reads:
»INSTALL ALL SETS ON RCD«.
4 Switch on the left loudspeaker using the »POWER« button.
– The indicator in the »POWER« button lights up and the remote control
display also reads: »LS1«. The left loudspeaker has been detected.
5 Switch on the left loudspeaker using the »POWER« button.
– The indicator in the »POWER« button lights up and the remote control
display also reads: »LS 2«. The right loudspeaker has been detected.
