(10)Delay Setting
Operation Adjusts the time for measurement to stabilize by inserting a waiting period after
using the OVC or the auto-range function to change the measurement current
or after the TRIG signal.
Preset: Integration starts after the factory-default time (which varies with the
range) elapses.
User-set: Integration starts after the specified time elapses (for all ranges).

Delay setting range 0 ms to 9999 ms
