TROUBLESHOOTING
Non-recoverable Errors
Non-recoverable errors are system errors that prevent the Integrated Imager from operating prop-
erly. The system will stop operation and log the error to the database. The system will need to be
restarted to recover. Some of these errors or repeated errors will require field service assistance.
Fig-
ure 6-6 is an example of an error message.

If the system must be restarted to recover from an error condition, acknowledge the error message by
pressing the
OK
button. The user interface transitions to a restricted version of the main screen, with
only the
Restart
,
Shut Down
and
Service
buttons enabled. See Figure 6-7.
