NOTE: The SB-SCM module can control resistive and inductive loads with a max current of
500mA.
NOTE: The SB-SCM module active outputs, when configured in fail-safe mode, are deactivated
when there is:
- no communication with the control board for 1 minute
- no communication between the control board and the main H-S81-HS panel for 5 minutes
