Troubleshooting the IR Remote Control
If this happens … Try this …
The Status indicator does not
turn green and there is still no
response from the remote.
Check the following:
• Ensure that the batteries are properly installed, and that the polarities of the
batteries are not reversed.
• Ensure that the batteries are fresh and are not out of charge.
• Ensure that the IR receiver is not obstructed.
• Ensure that no fluorescent lamp is used nearby.
