2.4.2 Installation Requirements
z The installation plane of the antenna support shall be perpendicular to the level
plane.
z The mast for the tower lightning rod shall be installed separately, satisfying the
requirements for the lightning protection of all antennas. When the antenna
support hangs over the tower platform, make sure that the antenna on the
support is in the effective lightning protection coverage, as shown in Figure 2-5.
