2.14.2 Installation Procedure
The description below is based on 12-hole feeder window.
1) Determine the installation location of the feeder window in accordance with the
engineering design drawings as well as the size of the window. Mark the holes
for the expansion bolts and the position of the window on the wall.
2) Make a 250mm×250mm opening in the wall and drill 8 holes for the expansion
bolts using a percussion drill, as shown in Figure 2-39.

3) Fix the plate of the feeder window using expansion bolts as shown in Figure 2-40.
Caution
z The spring washers and flat washers shall be mounted for the expansion bolts, and the flat wash
shall be placed first and then the spring wash.
z The feeder window encapsulation washer and encapsulation tube can be installed together when
routing the feeder into the equipment room.
z When installing the encapsulation tube, make sure that the rubber holes face upward.
4) Mount the sealing gasket and gland of the feeder window when leading feeders
into the equipment room.
