2. Place the level on the top plane of the base to check the base level, as shown in Figure
8-11. If the bubble is not in the middle of the level, adjust the base level through the adjusting
bolts.

Step 4 Test the insulation between the base and the expansion bolt.
1. Set the multimeter to the megohm position (MΩ).
2. Measure the resistance between the base and the four expansion bolts, as shown in Figure
8-12.
