About This Chapter
The mandatory modules in the cabinet are already installed. The optional modules can be
installed on site according to different field requirements.
10.1 Installing the GPS surge protector
This section describes the procedure and precautions for installing the GPS surge protector.
10.2 Installing the GATM and Bias-Tee
This describes the procedures and precautions for the installation of the GATM and Bias-Tee
when they are used together with the DRFU.
10.3 Installing the DCDU-11B
When an indoor base station is configured with both RFUs and RRUs, a DCDU-11B (DCDU
for short) can be installed on a wall and its power cables can be connected to supply power to
RRUs.
10.4 Installing the BBU Case
This section describes the procedure for installing a BBU case.
10.5 Installing the BBU Components
This section describes how to install the boards into the BBU and SLPU.
