l If the resistance is less than five megohms, you can infer that the base is not insulated
from the floor. Go to step 4.c.
l If the resistance is greater than or equal to five megohms, you can infer that the base is
insulated from the floor. End the test.
3. Disassemble the expansion bolt assembly, and check whether insulating washers are missed
or damaged.
l If insulating washers are missed or damaged, reinstall them, and then adjust the base
level.
l If no insulating washers are missed or damaged, check whether the multimeter is faulty
or whether the setting is correct.
Step 9 Slide the cabinet along the base to ensure that the back of the cabinet is aligned with the back
of the base. Use a torque wrench to tighten the two bolts in the front of the cabinet until the
fastening torque reaches 45 N·m, as shown in Figure 8-22.
