1. Check whether the power
and communications cables
are correctly connected.
2. Turn on the solar
maintenance switch and AC
input switch.
3. If the alarm persists, contact
your dealer or Huawei
technical support.
Battery module
cable
disconnected
Major 1. Cables to a
battery module
are disconnected.
2. A battery
module is
abnormal.
1. Turn o the solar
maintenance switch and AC
input switch.
2. Check whether the power
cable is properly installed
(whether the terminal is loose
or disconnected, or whether
the cable is disconnected) by
referring to the quick
installation guide for the
product.
3. After checking that cables
are correctly connected, turn
on the solar maintenance
switch and AC input switch in
sequence.
4. If the alarm persists, contact
your dealer or Huawei
technical support.
