In the solar-only scenario, the power system works circularly as follows. The power
source preference sequence is solar power > battery.
1. If the solar power is greater than the load power, solar power is supplied to
loads and charges batteries.
2. If the solar power is less than the load power, solar power and battery power
are supplied to loads at the same time.
3. If there is no solar power, batteries power loads.
