If the difference between the values is more than0.7bar(10psi), replace the water filter.
Check the hydraulic filter gauge
Do this task when the pump is operating at a stable temperature.
Make sure that the indicator on the hydraulic gauge is not in the red zone.
Check the hydraulic fluid level
Do this task when the pump is operating.
Make sure that the hydraulic fluid level is at the top mark on the sight gauge. Add hydraulic fluid, if
necessary.
Do this task every work shift.
Replace the hydraulic filter element:
• every 1,500 hours.
• when the indicator on the gauge stays in the red zone while the pump is operating.
Do this task every work shift.
