D67 Motor/encoder configuration information mismatch error The “motor/encoder configuration information” (motor identification number and
encoder identification number) in driver parameter No. 26 does not match the “motor/ encoder configuration information” (motor identification number and encoder identification number) in encoder parameter No. 11. Check the parameter values, encoder cable connection, etc.
D5F Network I/F Module Type Mismatch Error The network I/F module type set in I/O Parameter No. 225 and the network
