6018 For SRC 1011, one of the regulators (R01, R02,
or R03) has reported a fault. These are located in
the system rack.
A regulator fault was detected.

Location: U1.1-P2-V1, U1.1-P2-V2,
U1.1-P2-V3

Location: U1.1-P2-X1
3. Go to “MAP 1520: Power” on page 88.
For SRC 10xC, this pertains only to the 10
EIA-unit I/O drawer in the model S80 and S85.
Both power supplies in the primary I/O drawer
failed to report power good after a power-on
command. The system will shut down. See note
on page 215.

2. Power distribution board (PDB)

3. PDB J3 to I/O planar J22 cable.
