Noise Emission Notes

is the declared sound power emission level for a production series of
machines.

is the mean value of the sound pressure emission levels at the operator
position (if any) for a production series of machines.

is the mean value of the space-averaged sound pressure emission levels at
the one-meter positions for a production series of machines.
4. N/A = Not Applicable (no operator position).
5. All measurements are made in accordance with ISO DIS 779 and reported in
conformance with ISO DIS 7574/4.
External AC Power Cables
To avoid electrical shock, a power cable with a grounded attachment plug is provided.
Use only properly grounded outlets.
Power cables used in the United States and Canada are listed by Underwriters
Laboratories (UL) and certified by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA). These
power cords consist of the following:
v Electrical cables, type ST
v Attachment plugs complying with National Electrical Manufacturers Association
(NEMA) L6-30P
v Appliance couplers complying with International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC)
Standard 320, Sheet C13 and C14
Power cables used in other countries consist of the following:
v Electrical cables, Type HD21 or HD22
v Attachment plugs approved by the appropriate testing organization for the specific
countries where they are used
v Appliance couplers complying with the International Electrotechnical Commission
(IEC) Standard 320, Sheet C13 and C14
