Location: U0.3-P1-I11
1. Remove any adapters from slots
11, 12, 13, and 14, and retry. If
failure no longer occurs:
a. If only one adapter was
inserted in slots 11, 12, 13,
and 14:
1) Replace the adapter and
retry.
2) Replace the I/O planar
and retry.
b. If two or more adapters were
inserted in slots 11, 12, 13,
and 14:
1) Retry each adapter
individually in its original
slot. If every adapter
causes a failure then
replace the I/O planar and
retry.
2) If only one adapter causes
a failure then replace the
failing adapter and retry.
3) If replacing the adapter
does not fix the problem,
replace the I/O planar.
