5.8.4 POST event log
This log contains the three most recent error codes and messages that were generated
during POST. You can view the POST event log through the UEFI by pressing F1 at system
start-up and selecting System Event Logs POST Event Viewer.

With an appropriate hardware maintenance and warranty contract, Electronic Service
Agent™ enables your system to call home to submit diagnostic information and system
statistics, report a problem, and, if a fix is available, download the solution immediately.

5.8.6 Problem Determination and Service Guide
You can solve many problems without outside assistance by following the troubleshooting
procedures in the Installation and Service Guide.
The Installation and User Guide describes the diagnostic tests that you can perform,
troubleshooting procedures, and explanations of error messages and error codes.
If you have completed the diagnostic procedure and the problem remains, and you have
verified that all code is at the latest level, and all hardware and software configurations are
valid, contact IBM or an approved warranty service provider for assistance.
