USB 2.0 port: Connect a USB device, such as a USB mouse, keyboard, or other device,
to this connector.
USB 3.0 ports: Connect a USB device, such as a USB mouse, keyboard, or other device,
to any of these connectors.
Video connector: Connect a monitor to this connector. The video connectors on the front
and rear of the server can be used simultaneously.
3.5.2 LCD system information panel
The LCD system information panel displays various types of information about the server. It is
located on the Storage Book on the front of the server (see Figure 3-6 on page 59). The
information panel lets you have quick access to system status, firmware, network, and health
information.
Figure 3-7 shows the LCD system information panel.

The LCD system information display panel contains the following buttons:
Scroll up button: Press this button to scroll up or scroll to the left in the main menu to
locate and select the system information that you want displayed.
Select button: Press this button to make your selection from the menu options.
Scroll down button: Press this button to scroll down or scroll to the right in the main
menu to location and select the system information that you want displayed.
