The current limit is in effect in all modes of operation of the laser output.
In local operation, the limit current is entered by selecting LIM

parameter, pressing and
holding in the (PARAMETER) SET switch, adjusting the ADJUST knob until the desired
value
is
displayed, and then releasing the
SET
switch.

-action: the LASER current limit is set to

The
LASer:LMit:Il? query returns the value of the LASER current limit for the
