Make sure to turn the -48V/BATT SW switch OFF on the UCM-MGC3 rear panel before connecting power
cables. If more than one cabinet are installed in a 19” rack, PDU (DC Power Distribution Unit) must be
installed in the 19” rack and the DC power input terminal of each cabinet must be connected to the PDU to
which a rectifier supply DC power (DC -48V).
