Make sure to turn the -48V/BATT SW switch OFF on the UCM-MGC3 rear panel before connecting power
cables. If more than one cabinet are installed in a 19ā rack, PDU (DC Power Distribution Unit) must be
installed in the 19ā rack and the DC power input terminal of each cabinet must be connected to the PDU to
which a rectifier supply DC power (DC -48V).
