SRX550 High Memory Services Gateway Safety Requirements, Warnings, and
Guidelines
To avoid harm to yourself or the services gateway when you install and maintain it, follow
the guidelines for working with and near electrical equipment, as well as the safety
procedures for working with services gateways.
NOTE: Providing an exhaustive set of guidelines for working with electrical
equipment is beyond the scope of this guide.

Restricted Access Area Warning
WARNING: The services gateway is intended for installation in restricted
access areas. A restricted access area is an area to which access can be
gained only by service personnel through the use of a special tool, lock and
key, or other means of security, and which is controlled by the authority
responsible for the location.
